If you&#039;re not able to launder your belts between shifts or patients, a not-for-profit company employing people with disabilities makes the best wipeable belt available (www.gaitbelt.com). It is the only belt that meets the performance standards of the American Physical Therapy Association and it&#039;s affordable!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been doing a short yoga routine most nights after work.  I&#039;m also working on improving my diet.  I&#039;ve lost 15 lbs, but I&#039;d like to lose another 20.  Being a CNA is hard enough on your hips and knees without hauling a lot of extra weight around.</description>
