Yes, a nice break room is good. But ottomans and throw rugs? Heather? Are you alright today? Can you see aides now, falling asleep. Or playing video games on their breaks? I like the idea of a comfy break room with lots of room, a private computer area and a TV to keep up on news. Vending machines, tables and a fridge are all we need. I think this is silly.
