		<description>Sorry, Patti, we will have to agree to disagree.  Of the 11 years in the field, I have never seen this as an issue!  It has been more of an issue in my experience with aides coming in with wrinkled clothes, no makeup, and looking unprofessional.  It is always good to have different opinions.  I read your comments frequently and this is the only one I disagree with :-).</description>

		<description>I see too many nurses and aides with clown like faces- due to moisture ruining the effect makeup is supposed to have. Esp for aides who shower, bath and otherwise provide care to patients and residents...the makeup runs down their cheeks and looks anything but professional.</description>

		<description>As good as this is, I disagree about the makeup.  To keep yourself looking professional, please apply makeup.  You are the first impression to many and most of us are not blessed enough to not wear makeup.  Look polished in all aspects-scrubs, clean, trim, nails, and a well done face.</description>
