The President has little power. Always been that way. The Congress has more oversight committees and groups and many are a total waste of our money. But there are some that are worthy. Grassley? I met him several yrs ago and he is a good man. He cares...and makes the industry nervous. Someone needs to do this. I can't think of a better or more qualified person. He may be a republican but he's a good guy to have on "our" side. We need more in Congress who are like him- not just those who spout off now and again, but those who actually DO something. I'm sick of all these politicians (sp?) who do nothing to further our cause- providing good care to those who need it most. I'm sick of this election already too- not a one of these candidates has anything worthwhile to offer for LTC problems. Maybe Grassley should run for President! Senator Grassley is a good man.
