We have added a new option for reading posts here. Through FeedBlitz, readers can get a once a day email with all posts from the previous 24 hours. I haven’t used this service yet, so I can’t vouch for it’s effectiveness and reliability. If you sign up for the emails, drop us an email in a week or so to let us know what you think of it. i do believe 7to1 if you do your job right walk toilet dress pass nourishments and everything in between there will be better quality care. i dont ever take a break because i refuse to not do what i am supposed to do. i work 3-11 and i think 3-11 is the hardest shift. our dons and the state doesnt realize what is involved. but i love my residents that i cant do what is supposed to be done. but also if u sign documents that u havent done u could spend time in jail for that. and we dont get paid enough for that. i make13.00per hr but i also take care of 14 people per night. plus have 2 hoyer showers a night. no wonder no break huh plus vitals for everyone.
