I think unions are long called for CNAs. A nurse who is a tyrant is less likely to pick on a CNA who is union affilated. While I agree they should just take it or leave it as far as the insurance benefit, there is no excuse to be paying nurses double what cnas make when cnas do double the work of the nurses.
