I believe that is long over due that we as CNAs are not well respected because of the type of work we perform. I personally view my work as vital to the entire health team, for without us, the health team would not perform as well. It is about time, that we as CNAs stand and demand more money, more respect, and apply a since of professionalims to the type of work we perform.
